Take a deep breath.
It’s time to feel better - you’re worth it.

“I’m so glad I’m here. Everything hurts…
Can you just make it better??”
Yes, yes I can.
My name is Alexandra Kay and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years. I have been witness to literally thousands of people complaining of pain and dysfunction. I have extensive training in working with muscles and soft tissue, both passively and actively…and if you’re still reading, I can provide a comprehensive list of my education and training if you want. But what you really want to know is: can I help you feel better in your body?
You’re in the right place.
Here’s what I know: We are meant to exist in our body, pain free. After incorporating Intuitive Movement into my life, I started telling people that I’m aging in reverse - I feel like my body is getting younger. And…it’s the best. feeling. EVER.
I want this for you.
I want you to feel strong and able.
I want you to be confident in your body.
Here’s my story: I was a young athlete - in competitive sports from the age of 10. Gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, track and field, and more. In my 20s, I stopped competing, didn’t move my body regularly, and gained a lot of weight. My body HURT. I couldn’t touch my toes. My digestion was slow. I would get lightheaded from standing up from the couch. Thankfully, in my 30s, I was inspired to be active again. I tried new ways of moving, experimenting with how each made me feel. Weight lifting, cycling, yoga, HIIT, hiking…and while I lost some weight, I still didn’t feel better.
So I sat on my yoga mat and I asked myself, “What would make my body feel better right now?” And I slowly started to move. I found that by simply following the sensation in my body…I could touch my toes, my digestion became fully functional, no more dizziness. AND my joints feel stronger, I can expand my rib cage more and breathe deeper (literally), the sex is better (seriously).
This is Intuitive Movement…aging in reverse, I’m telling you.
It is my job - no, my calling - to help you feel better.
